I really wanted to like Waterdrop, but as someone who usually prefers lighter, less sugary-tasting drinks, it was just too sweet for me. I tried adding extra water, and it helped a bit, but the flavor still felt a little overpowering. It’s not bad by any means, just not really my thing, so I probably wouldn’t order it again...

I picked up a few accessories from Waterdrop, they ended up being more useful than I thought they’d be. In my opinion, the little replacement pieces made the whole filter setup feel a lot smoother and less annoying to deal with. Everything fit the way it should, which was a relief. Shipping wasn’t exactly quick, but it wasn’t a big issue either. One part took me a bit to figure out, but once I got it, it made sense. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would give it 4 stars

I do like how easy these are to grab and go. The little cubes are super handy for tossing in my work bag, and I don’t have to deal with measuring anything out or making a mess. Reading between the lines, I’d say convenience is really the main selling point here. The taste is fine, but a couple of the flavors come across a little weak to me. Still, for busy days, they’re useful.

I really just wanted to check out and be done, but the checkout page kept glitching over and over. I refreshed, tried again, and still kept running into the same issue. It got frustrating enough that I had to reach out and escalate it because a simple order shouldn’t be this much of a hassle

I was disappointed with this bottle. I expected it to keep my water cold for a decent amount of time, but it gets warm way too fast. For the price and what was advertised, this really isn’t what I was hoping for. I’d appreciate some kind of refund or replacement because it definitely didn’t meet expectations.

I’m annoyed I put up with that weird plastic aftertaste for so long with other bottles. This one actually makes water taste clean, like it’s supposed to. I’ve been drinking more water because of it, which just proves the problem was the lousy bottles I was using before. Happy with this one.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting this Waterdrop bottle: it’s been solid for my work bag and gym stuff, and most of the time it doesn’t leak even when it gets tossed around in my backpack.
That said, I did get one tiny drip when I hadn’t tightened the cap all the way, so I wouldn’t treat it like it’s completely foolproof. If you’re throwing it in a bag with papers, a laptop, or anything important, definitely check the lid first.
Overall I’d still give it 4 stars because it does what I need and has stayed dry with normal use. I just wish the cap felt a little more secure so there was less room for user error.

I really wanted to like this bottle because it looks nice and seemed practical, but using it day to day was annoying. The opening is too small to clean properly, the cap feels cheap for what it costs, and it doesn’t sit securely in my cup holder, which got old fast.
After a few days, I just stopped reaching for it. I also wasn’t sure what the next step was supposed to be if I wanted to return it or ask about the issues, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It looks good in photos, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I do like that I earn points when I order, I actually got a small discount the last time, which was a nice little bonus. I just wish the rewards page was a bit easier to understand, because I had to poke around for a minute to figure out how everything works.

It made the drink feel kind of gritty. I mean, I was expecting something smoother, so yeah, I don’t think I’ll be ordering these again...

The tracking barely updated, so I ended up having to chase it myself. Not the worst experience ever, but if I needed something by a certain date, I’m not sure I’d order again

Trying to use the site was frustrating. Pages were loading really slowly, and checkout kept freezing right when I was trying to finish my order. I reached out for help and then got transferred around instead of just getting it fixed, which made the whole thing even more annoying.

I bought this hoping it would help me drink more water and maybe feel a little better day to day, but i didn’t notice any difference at all. The taste was fine, nothing amazing, and after a few days I was already kind of over it. For the price, I really expected more than just an okay drink with no noticeable benefit. It feels overhyped to me, and I’d expect some kind of refund or credit because it didn’t live up to what I thought I was paying for. I won’t be ordering it again.

I only used it a handful of times, the seal already gave out and now the cap leaks every single time. Frustrating.
